Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, websites, and software provided by LeadMomentum LLC ("LeadMomentumAI", "we"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

LeadMomentumAI provides AI-driven marketing services under monthly subscription plans. Scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in your order form or invoice.

2. Fees & Payment

Fees are invoiced in advance and due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to accounts, assets, and information required for delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for you. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, models, and methodologies.

5. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate on 30 days' written notice after any minimum commitment. Fees for work performed through the termination date remain due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
